  • GOWISHER is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
    • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, and preserved items are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the sender.
    • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
    • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  • A full refund for cancellations is allowed if made a day or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.
  • Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within a day. Once processed by GOWISHER, a refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 7 to 10 working days.

Damaged/Defective Products:

Damaged/ defective products are accepted by us only if you show us a video of unpacking the product or products as proof and subject to our satisfaction. If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can inform us by sending the unpacking video. You can contact us, with the video of the unpacking at gowisherteam@gmail.com or call our Customer Care at +919676949848 between 8 am and 10 pm, within 7 days of receiving the product. Subject to our satisfaction, we will deliver to you a new product. Note: We will refund money only in exceptional cases based on our discretion. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, if refund is initiated by GOWISHER, it takes 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
